Design is Power
We're equipping young women with human-centered design skills to create real-world impact.
What Students Create
Each student completes one full HCD project, builds a portfolio, and presents their work—guided by design coaches.
Small-Group Mentorship
Each cohort has 4 college mentors. Each mentor guides 3 students through weekly 45-60 min sessions and personalized async feedback.
Design With Constraints
Students use recycled and low-cost materials to develop creative problem-solving skills while addressing real community needs.
Equity by Design
Sustainability and inclusion are core principles, embedded into every project from day one.
Better constraints lead to better design.
Why It Matters
Most young women lack access to design education and mentorship. reDesignHer removes barriers through free, cohort-based learning that pairs students with mentors and uses accessible materials—making impact-driven design education available to all.
Design doesn't need perfect tools. It needs intention.
